The brief
Most job seekers send the same CV everywhere because rewriting it for every role is tedious. Recruiters spot it in 5 seconds. We wanted a tool that does the rewriting work in the background, keeps the application pipeline clean, and surfaces fresh roles without the user having to refresh job boards.
The bigger bet: stop applying like everyone else. For each job ad, RocketHire finds the actual people behind it (hiring manager, recruiter, team lead) with a verified email or WhatsApp, so users can reach a human directly instead of disappearing into the ATS pile.
